The following are the objectives of the Lakshya:

1.To uplift the basic physical, mental. economical and social status of all people

2.To organize, establish and conduct educational, medical, technical training and other such program/projects for the education, development, employment advancement and health care of the weaker & needy communities without distinction of cast, creed and religion

3.To look after the interest of socially and economically backward class of people particularly women and children and to extend assistance in terms of kind or cash.

4.To organize cooperative activities for rural and urban communities for their social economic family progress and work schemes of education and cooperation adult education and provide material to read, write and encourage their thinking power to serve themselves, their families, relatives and community at large.

5.To provide medical amenities to needy people or to assist other associations engaged in similar functions .The society will also seek to promote and encourage health for all by adopting curative and preventive community health care, placing priority on mother and child health care, T.B. and blind control program, blood donations etc. and to control population growth through family welfare measures.

6.To induct the spirit of self-reliance self-development and self-confidence of the individuals and groups to help the community.

7.To backup the activities in the field of development with study, research, micro/macro analysis and the dissemination and diffusion of social economical cultural medical technical spiritual and any other knowledge and information that may be useful & to edit, print and publish and exhibit magazines books newsletters articles research papers pamphlets etc.

8.To undertake vocational training programmes for women and girls.

9.To establish and manage educational institutions community development centers, old people home, special homes for orphans and women rehabilitation centers and drug addiction counseling centers.

10.To maintain libraries, reading rooms and to organize sports, games, workshops, seminars, symposium and also to undertake cultural artistic dramatics and any other activity to create the social awareness among the masses.

11.To do all other lawful things as may be incidental to or conductive to the attainment of above objectives.

12.To assist and encourage all those who will be working for the welfare betterment and upliftment of all needy persons.

-Medical camps organized for poor & needy persons.

-Free distribution of medicine among needy persons.

-Free distribution of books/stationery among poor students.

-Given necessary household items on wedding of poor girls.

-Organized seminar for consumers to made them aware about their rights.

-Organized campaign against drugs and motivated youth to leave drugs.

-Organized list of Blood donors and motivated youth for blood donation.
